A. We are a franchisee since 2009, so 11 years.

Q. What servies does Great Clips provide?
A. Our primiary service is haircuts, for men, women and children. Before the pandemic we also offer shampoo, deep conditioning, styling and beard trim, but those service are suspended now.
Q. Can you tell us about your new location on the Northside of Kenosha?
A. We have a new location located across from Woodman, next to Noodles & Company. It is a relocation from our 80th street location. It is a new beautiful salon with excellent stylists working and ready to provide safe and great services to our customers. Our newest location is in the pick n save shopping center on 18th street, it is a relocation from our previous 18th street location. It will be a new beautiful salon offering safe and high quality haircut services to our north side customers. Our opening date will be at the end of this month.
Q.How does your online check in work?
A. The online check-in for Great Clips is fast and easy. After clicking the orange “check in” button for the salon you want to visit, just enter your first and last name and your phone number in the empty fields. Indicate the number of people getting haircuts, and you’ll see an estimated wait time. Finally, click “check me in,” and you’ll be checked in for your visit.
Great Clips also has an app you can install on your mobile device for even more convenience. After installing the app, create your unique profile. This lets you keep track of your favorite Great Clips salons for checking in. You can also ask for promotional emails so you never miss a special. The app also makes it easy to access Great Clips customer service to provide feedback about your visits.
We also just launched ReadyNext. ReadyNext is a text alert that notifies you when your estimated wait time reaches 15 minutes as your cue to head to the salon.
This service is provided to online check in customers and walk in customers.
Q. How has COVID-19 changes your business?
A. The pandemic had our salons locked down for 8 weeks, now that we are back open we are welcoming new and existing customers hope to soon exceed pre-COVID-91 level of business. For our customers and staff to feel safe working today we have improved sanitation practices including washing hands between every customer, wearing masks, use fresh clean cape for every customers, and added personal protective equipment for every employee. We are seeking additional employees who want to work in a clean and safe environment. And we have had several new customer who choose our salon because other salons have not followed similar safety procedures.

A. We carry Great Clips brand, Sexy Hair, American Crew, Redken, Paul Mitchel, Bed Head Tigi, Biolage, Nixon, Ladibugs, etc

A. A warm welcome greeting from our friendly staff, short wait time, efficient and quality haircut and recommendation for hair product for your hair.
Q. What make Great Clips stand out for all the other hair salons?
